Incoming Students
How to Apply
If you are interested in the SMS mobility at the Feliks Nowowiejski Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz check the list of Erasmus Partner Institutions at home and make sure that your institution is one of our Erasmus partners. If it is not – ask your coordinator to start the procedure of signing a bilateral agreement with FNAM. We are open for cooperation.

You can study at the FNAM as an Erasmus+ exchange student either for one semester or a full academic year.

All applications should be sent to us by email (preferably as one pdf. file) to the address of the Erasmus+ Programme Coordinator, Mrs. Anna Niemiec-Mościcka: anna.n-m@amuz.bydgoszcz.pl
Audio/Video recordings with the applications need to be provided by sending a music/video file or link to either youtube or vimeo sites or as a link to a Dropbox/ Wetransfer file that opens without any passwords or logins.
Erasmus application documents required:
– Student Application Form
– Audio/video recording (up to 15 min. of performance) or „portfolio”
– CV
– Recommendation letter of the main subject professor

NB! Learning Agreement should be prepared and sent to us only after confirmation of acceptance with all the signatures required.

Housing
The FNAM in Bydgoszcz offers rooms in its Student House. In order to confirm that there are rooms vacant for the mobility period, contact the Erasmus+ programme coordinator or directly the The Student House Office:

Visa

Health Insurance
The European Health Insurance Card is the minimum and will allow you to get a free state-provided health care treatment. For further details and limitations of the card visit: http://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?catId=559
Deadlines for Erasmus applications are:
31st of May for the winter semester or for the whole academic year
31st of October for the summer semester

After receiving the application documents, it will be sent to the relevant department for decision making. It may take approximately about 4 – 8 weeks.
